Troubleshooting & Installation

  • Ensure the app is installed from your Shopify Admin and all requested permissions are accepted during installation.
  • If data isn’t syncing, recheck app permissions in Settings → Apps and sales channels , then reopen the app.
  • For errors, include a screenshot, timestamp, and your shop domain in your support email.

Billing & Cancellations

  • App charges are processed directly through your Shopify bill.
  • To stop future charges, uninstall the app from your Shopify Admin. Contact support for refund questions.

Merchant Data Deletion

To request deletion of merchant data, email support@ritefulfillment.com with the subject“Shopify Data Deletion – [your-shop.myshopify.com]” and include your shop domain and uninstall date. We’ll confirm completion within seven business days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
